Recommended use
It is used on horizontal and inclined surfaces that require exceptional heat insulation properties using sunlight reflection technology with excellent water insulation properties on various types of iron, galvanized, concrete, cement tiles, polyurethane foam and bitumen surfaces, for steel structures (hangars), warehouses, commercial buildings, residential buildings and service facilities.

Coating system
For iron surfaces:

• Apply a layer of “Jazeera Cool Roof” with a dilution rate of (10-15%) using a spray gun as a base, with a thickness of 75 microns.

• Applying the “Jazeera Titex T-325” fabric mesh on the areas of panel connections that are located in the drainage water path and installing it using “Jazeera Cool Roof.”

• Apply two layers of “Jazeera Cool Roof” with a thickness of 500 microns using a spray gun.

For cement tile surfaces and concrete surfaces:

• Apply a layer of “Jazeera Cool Roof” using a roller with a dilution rate (10-15%) as a base, with a thickness of 75 microns when needed.

• Applying the “Jazeera Titex T-325” fabric mesh on the corners and (cracks of concrete surfaces) as well as pipe openings and installing them using “Jazeera Cool Roof”.

• Apply a layer of “Jazeera Cool Roof” with a thickness of 500 microns using a roller, then install the mesh and re-apply another layer on the mesh with a thickness of 500 microns and continue on.

The same approach for the entire area.

For polyurethane foam surfaces and bitumen rolls:

• Applying the “Jazeera Titex T-325” fabric mesh on corners and large holes and installing it using “Jazeera Cool Roof”.

• Apply two layers of “Jazeera Cool Roof” with a thickness of 500 microns using a roller.
