A high-quality, solvent-free primer based on two-component epoxy resin. It has excellent sealing properties and prevents leakage, giving superior strength. 
It has excellent resistance to water and chemicals, and can be used in repair and leveling works when mixed with a suitable filler.

Recommended use
It is used as a basis in external and internal applications on concrete and cement surfaces for floors and walls wherever strong adhesion properties and excellent sealing of pores are required. 
It is also used in repair and leveling work. 

Coating system
 • Application as a primer: Apply one layer of “Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear 400” primer.
 • For repair and leveling works (for thicknesses more than 3 mm): 
- Apply one layer of “Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear 400” primer.
- “Al-Jazeera Epoxy Sealer 400” is mixed with “Al-Jazeera Filler 3F”.
- Apply the mixture to the wet base layer. 
- The required thickness when applied to the entire surface is up to 1 cm, and for repairs up to 4 cm.
• For repair and leveling works (for thicknesses less than 3 mm): 
- “Al-Jazeera Epoxy Sealer 400” is mixed with “Al-Jazeera Aggregate 10G”.
- Apply the mixture to the areas to be repaired. 
 •For leveling work and closing surface pores: 
- “Al-Jazeera Epoxy Sealer 400” is mixed with “Al-Jazeera Filler 1F”.
- Apply the mixture to the areas to be repaired. 
 • Final coats: Accepts all epoxy or polyurethane final coats.
