Zamil Al-Daffan tanks consist of 3 layers made of high-density polyethylene approved by the US Food and Drug Administration.

Layers of the burial tank:

1. The first layer: The outer layer is black, which gives the tank durability and solidity

2. The second layer: The foam layer provides thermal insulation for the tank

3. The third layer: a smooth white layer that prevents the formation of algae and bacteria inside the tank
