The multiplicity of water desalination devices and bottled water has led to people’s confusion because all companies state that their products are of high quality. It was necessary for us, as Zamil Industrial, Trade and Transport Company, to clarify the foundations of choosing the best solutions for drinking water and their suitability for health. The filter must have the ability to remove all sediments. And impurities, dust, and harmful chemicals that result from connections and extensions in the ground tank, as well as chlorine, and controlling the amount of salts dissolved in water in accordance with World Health Organization standards, and to preserve the beneficial elements that the body needs. Purecom filters are characterized by scientifically proven quality and long service life, which are characterized by a long service life and have obtained international quality certificates.

Purecom stations are among the finest purification and desalination stations in the world and are distinguished by the ability to desalinate drinking water in all regions of the Kingdom. This is due to the two impellers used in the station, which produces pure water with a capacity of 300 liters/day. Membrane is characterized by its high ability to remove 95% of heavy metals and 99% of organic materials, viruses, bacteria and sodium.

Zamil Industrial, Trade and Transport Company provides installation of Purecom desalination devices within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and maintenance of the filter according to each customer’s special maintenance schedule. The first three candles (PP-UDF-CTO) are changed every four months and the other three candles (RO - Post carbon - Alkaline) are changed every two years.

Purification stages inside the Purecom CE-7 station:

First stage PP
The impurity filter is made of fine polypropylene fibers with pores of 5 microns. It is one of the finest types of filters that block the passage of rust, dust, sand, and impurities suspended in water and works as the initial purification stage in the desalination device.
Second stage UDF
The active carbon filter is made of fine carbon granules that have the ability to remove color, taste and odor, ensuring chlorine-free water. The stage works efficiently to increase the surface area of ​​the carbon, which has a high ability to absorb impurities.
Phase III CTO
The solid carbon filter is responsible for removing chlorine, taste and odor from the water and is considered a confirmation stage for the second stage to ensure high water quality.
Fourth stage RO
Membrane (reverse osmosis membrane) is a semi-permeable membrane with pores of 1/10,000 of a micron, through which water is transferred from the highest concentration solution, salt water, to fresh water using the pressure generated by the pump. RO is used to remove excess salts in the water, viruses, bacteria, and heavy metals.
The fifth stage Post carbon
The post-carbon filter improves the level of water in terms of color and taste to ensure the highest purity of water, remove chlorine, and make the water crystal clear.
Sixth stage: Alkaline
The alkalinity enhancer filter works to balance the acidity and alkalinity ratio of the water and adjust it so that the PH is higher than 7 and also works to add beneficial minerals to the water.
